As all our planters are bespoke and made to order we, unfortunately, cannot refund or offer an exchange unless the planter is faulty or is not as described. Please note that each planter has a manufacturing tolerance of +/- 3mm. Our service is supply only and all deliveries will be delivered kerbside (we do not offer an installation service).
